Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact our customer support at service@whoulye.com to obtain the return address and instructions. For defective items or errors on our side, return shipping is free. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and may be deducted from the refund.

 REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take additional business days to appear on your statement.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: perishable goods, underwear, gift cards, custom products, and digital products.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us. We cover the return shipping and offer free repair, replacement, or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
